Dear Friends,

As I look back on my personal journey with EFT as well as those of my clients and colleagues I am struck by the clear and profound process of change and growth that has taken place for all of us.  For each of us this change and growth has happened naturally as EFT and energy healing bring our systems back into balance and into closer alignment with our essential selves.  It has not happened through force, or hypnotism, or try-harder affirmations, it has simply happened.

I love the ease, simplicity and natural grace of this and I love working with EFT in ways that support this natural transformation process.  I have chosen the name EFT Evolution to describe the effortless change that results from this way of working with EFT.

I’m learning as I go with the new website and so far have just got the bare bones up.  Eventually I plan to have a whole heap of useful articles, videos, links and resources here all related to EFT, energy healing and self development that will inspire and support you on your own journeys.
